CLASS VIDEO + KIT PURCHASES

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

The class supply kit will include information about accessing the online class video. If the class doesn't include a supply kit, the information to access the video will be delivered via email.

During high volume times of the year (e.g. November / December), please allow for additional processing and delivery delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on most orders to the United States, which typically takes 2-5 business to deliver after processing. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or Express for an additional fee, please let us know.

Orders that use a Class Pack discount to purchase a class are excluded from the free shipping promotion. Class Pack discounts were available for purchase from 2018-2021 and were originally intended for our in-person workshops. We will still honor the Class Pack discount, but require the purchase of shipping for the supply kit.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping and the shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Assembly Create, LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@assemblycreate.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns for most items up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@assemblycreate.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

GROUP VIRTUAL CLASS EVENTS

Shipping Addresses and Tracking

The final group size and class supply kit shipping information is due 2 weeks before the event. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the addresses.

If you'd like participants to receive tracking updates for their shipment, please include their emails with the shipping information.

International shipping may be available with additional lead time and fees. Please inquire while booking your event.

Damages and issues

Please have your participants inspect their supply kit order upon reception and contact us immediately if an item is missing or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Undeliverable Shipment

If a package is marked undeliverable or 'return to sender' due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional fees to reship the package, including rush fees as necessary.

Delivery Delays

While we ship packages to arrive at least 3 business days before the class, unforeseen delays by the shipping carriers can happen. Assembly Create, LLC is not responsible for these types of delivery delays, but we'll attempt to make sure participants have the supplies they need. In many cases, this may look like rush shipping another package to arrive in time.
