Sip, create, and get your hands a little messy at Rio Grande Winery as you make your own modern concrete planter completely from scratch.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the basics of mixing and casting concrete while creating a small planter that's both stylish and functional. Once your planter is ready, you'll have the option to add color and decorative touches with paint to make it uniquely yours.
We'll share plenty of tips and tricks along the way, then you'll choose a succulent plant to pot in your finished piece before heading home.
Your registration includes all materials, a succulent, and a complimentary beverage from Rio Grande Winery. No experience needed—just come ready to relax, create, and enjoy a fun evening out.

Our adult workshops are designed for ages 16 and older. Youth ages 12-15 can participate if joining with an adult and both are signed up. Check out our kid classes for ages 6-12 here!

All necessary supplies for the class will be provided. Just bring yourself and an open mindset to trying new things!

The winery serves a variety of wines, beers, cocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages. One beverage (up to $8 value) is included in your ticket, but you're welcome to purchase more!
They also have a food menu with small bites and meals. While snacking on an appetizer during the class would likely be fine, save the meal for before or after.
