NOTES: 

  • Exclusions: Occasionally, there are special workshops that differ from the typical 2-3 hour one session format and involve a higher price to attend. A Class Pack credit can be used towards registering, but an additional fee may be involved. It will be noted on the workshop description page if that's the case.
  • ALL CLASS PACK SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be provided, but you may give or sell your class pack to someone else.  

 

Q. How do I book a workshop using my Class Pack bundle? 

A. There are two ways! Note: You won't be registering as you normally would through the shopping cart on this site.

1. After purchasing the Class Pack, you will receive an email with the subject "Steps to redeem your package". Follow the link in the email to your personal Class Pack page to redeem your Class Pack credits. Be sure to save this email with your special link. Can't find it? Look in your email spam folder.

2. Log into your customer account and open the order that contains the Class Pack purchase. At the top right you'll see a button that says "Manage Booking". Click there to go to your personal Class Pack page.
