Drop your kids (ages 6–12) off for a cozy craft night at Assembly—where the glue sticks are ready, the looms are waiting, and the pizza is definitely happening!

During this class, kids will learn to weave on a loom while exploring the magic of warm vs. cool colors. Their finished weaving will become a tiny, snuggly blanket for a sleepy pet collage—think adorable critters bundled up for a chilly winter night. It’s a fun mash-up of fibers, paper, color, and imagination all rolled into one project.

And yes, parents… dinner is taken care of! We’ll pause for a pizza break with pepperoni or cheese slices from a local spot. If your child has other food favorites, they’re welcome to bring their own.

Send them in comfy clothes, pack a water bottle, and get ready for them to come home proud of their masterpiece!

Cost: $35 per child ($30 each for families registering more than one child)

What is your cancellation policy?

Please note that we do not offer refunds for missed classes.

If you need to cancel, just let us know by email at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll issue you a credit to use toward a future event.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for credit, but feel free to give your spot to a friend.

What is the age limit for this class?

This is a class designed for ages 6-12.

Can I stay with my child during the class?

This event is a drop-off class, and only registered children will be able to stay. If you'd like to craft with your child, please check out our Parent / Child workshops.

There are wonderful shopping and dining options nearby in Mesilla for you to spend the time. If you'd feel more comfortable, you're also welcome to hang out in the indoor courtyard in the next room until the class is finished. There are couches, table/chairs, tons of indoor plants, and wi-fi.

Can my child bring food or drinks?

We'll be serving pizza during the class from a local chain. If your child would like to have something else, they're welcome to bring a snack or packed meal. Please have them bring a water bottle to drink.
